On a very hot August day last year, I met this lovely smart family at the Philharmonie here in Luxembourg for the first part of their portrait session. Despite the heat, we managed to capture lots of combinations of images before heading back to my home for some refreshments and a change of clothes into something cooler! We then headed into the woods, just up the road from where I live, with bikes & bubbles for entertainment. Keeping the attention & enthusiasm of two small boys for the whole of a portrait session requires patience, calm & surprises! The bubbles I kept for the end & they worked a treat, as both boys stopped for few moments & allowed me to catch some different images. I love the contrast of the two sets of images. Lots of fun was had by all!
